Our role also entails forwarding any PR opportunities directly to the hotel for follow up, follow up on any sales opportunities sent, fulfill all marketing material requests, brochures, both email and post.

Supervise day to day operations, create standard operating procedures and trainings to implement Mystery Guest standards throughout the property. Working closely with other rooms division departments to ensure guest satisfaction, room cleanliness, quality control and accurate turnover to maximize revenue.

Work closely with CFO, Director of Operations & Rooms Director on rooms revenue budgeting, creating a dynamic rate system, forecasting sales goals, revenue and yielding. Reporting includes Daily Pick Up Report, weekly P&L report, STR Compset report.
