PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We handle the coordination of the project with architects, general contractors, design teams and City permits. We Representate the client interest and act as primary contact for all partners on the project to manage the build out of the restaurant.

We are in charge of the project management that include time frame and deadline, material & furniture sourcing, Management of the budget .

o Deal with the Architect and his plans
o Deal with the GC and the MEP Engineer for Buildout
o Supervision All Construction Process including Subcontractors o Control of material purchasing and other Costs
o Supervision and enforce the construction Codes
o Supervision to comply with the Budget
o Process of Contracting Subcontractors
o Research for finishes materials
o City permitting Supervision
